About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned contract professional to oversee the management of our portfolio contracts.

This individual will be responsible for delivering best-practice contract and supplier relationship management, ensuring compliance and value for our stakeholders.

The successful candidate will contribute to lasting and positive changes in our cities and communities by:

  • Managing contracts, correspondence, compliance, and records for our portfolio
  • Monitoring contract performance, ensuring obligations are met and supporting stakeholders
  • Identifying and addressing contract risks, driving process improvements, and optimising contract performance
  • Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining compliance frameworks and overseeing contract governance activities

This role requires a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:

  • Proven experience managing and administering contracts and compliance documentation
  • Strong ability to interpret legal concepts and communicate technical information
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
