Requirements:

  • Significant complex contract management experience, preferably with a portfolio of grants.
  • Program management experience, including results development and communication.
  • Account management or commercial experience in identifying or developing further opportunities.
  • Understanding of procurement or grants structures and processes, particularly in the Australian Government and international contexts.
  • Ability to work in fragile, contested, or restrictive environments.
  • Cultural diversity and sensitivity in interactions with field staff and communities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a relevant technical field.
