Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Site Coordinator to support the smooth running of site operations for a major underground construction project.

As our valued team member, you will play a vital role in coordinating site-based administration, reporting, and document control. You will also be responsible for managing travel, accommodation, and mobilisation arrangements for project personnel.

Your Responsibilities

You will have previous experience in site administration in construction or a related field, strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems, ability to work autonomously in remote environments, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in all tasks.
