Site Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractors, site personnel and suppliers to meet project milestones.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to project and company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, consultants and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Record and maintain site data, programs, diaries and safety documentation in designated software.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to defect management and handover processes.
  • Elevate site safety, environmental responsibility and positive industrial relations.
About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager who can lead our team with vision and expertise.

Requirements:
  • A trade or tertiary education background in building and construction is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising or managing sites as a Site Manager is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse project types, including retail, hospitality, commercial and heavy refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction programs, site coordination and subcontractor management.
  • Certification in Construction Induction (White Card) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Procore and 1Breadcrumb is advantageous.
