Construction Site Lead

As a Construction Site Lead, you will oversee the daily on-site operations of custom residential construction projects.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain strict quality control standards and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder License (mandatory).
- Proven experience supervising custom or luxury residential buildings.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Queensland.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
