Lead Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic growth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain accounting procedures to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant financial practices.
  • Formulate budgetary and accounting policies and introduce accounting systems.
  • Lead accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and financial reports for tax purposes and coordinate data for regulatory returns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving and efficiency measures.
  • Analyse operating costs to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Evaluate and improve accounting processes and systems, driving process improvements.
  • Ensure financial operations' accuracy, compliance, and integrity. Provide assurance on financial reports' accuracy and statutory compliance.
  • Provide financial guidance to management, influencing strategic decision-making with the support of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
