We are seeking a Financial Operations Leader to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with management accounting experience who is ready to lead a team and grow into a Finance Manager position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving our financial operations, reporting, and forecasting to support the next stage of our growth. They will work closely with teams across the business to ensure our financial processes are efficient, scalable, and meet evolving needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and contributing to:
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports and financial statements
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Maintaining and improving internal financial controls and processes
  • Providing insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
  • Leading or contributing to finance-related projects and system improvements
  • Supporting strategic planning and business case development
