Heavy Machinery Operator

The role of a Dozer Operator is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong operational skills, safety awareness, and a passion for working in a mining environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery efficiently and safely to maximize output.
- Maintain floor levels, minimize dilution, and achieve design parameters within acceptable tolerances.
- Ensure stockpiles, dumps, and haul roads are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
- Respond to instructions from supervisors and take initiative to improve operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience operating a Dozer in a production mining operation.
- Equivalent or specific experience operating CAT D10 equipment.
- Possess strong mining operational skills and be able to demonstrate ability in maintaining pit floors and bunds.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration.
- Valid Australian Drivers License.
