Job Title: Senior Engineering Leadership Expert

">Job Summary:

The Senior Engineering Leadership Expert will lead the engineering function across business units, providing strategic direction and operational guidance to support ongoing business development.

This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring all engineering activities meet safety, integrity, financial, and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power industries and substation business, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a member of the business unit management team, providing strategic and operational guidance to support ongoing business development.
  2. Manage customer relationships at senior levels, developing long-term relationships with key customers and working with them to shape and deliver solutions.
  3. Create and implement long-term strategic plans, defining business strategy resource requirements and overseeing planning and control processes in the engineering teams.
  4. Monitor quality metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and oversee improvement activities.
  5. Guide the business in building engineering/operational capability through training, mentoring, and shadowing programs.
  6. Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed, and contribute to management review of the business unit's financial and performance.

  1. Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree with good experience in power industries and substation business.
  2. Master of Engineering degree is an added advantage.
  3. 10-15 years of engineering experience in design and engineering of Sub Station, working experience in a global organization.
  4. Good knowledge of engineering tools and processes.
  5. Proficiency in English Communication.
