Key Job Responsibilities

A seasoned Senior Account Manager is sought to drive strategic communications initiatives, lead teams in crafting compelling narratives that shape perceptions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Core Objectives:
  • Develop high-impact media relations, thought leadership, and brand positioning strategies to drive business results.
  • Manage public relations, build relationships with key stakeholders, draft press releases, and manage crisis communication effectively.
  • Oversee the creation of impactful content for various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging.
  • Design and execute internal communication plans to inform and engage employees, driving engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and achieve shared goals.
  • Track and analyze communication metrics and media coverage to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Essential Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with experience in creating engaging content and campaigns.
  • Experience in crisis communication and media relations, with the ability to navigate complex situations and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
