  • Oversee engaging campaigns and content that elevate our reputation, strengthen community connection, and ensure a consistent voice across all platforms.
Requirements:
  • A proven strategic communicator with experience delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns in complex or community-focused settings.
  • An inspiring people leader, confident in developing high-performing teams and building a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Strong advisory skills, able to influence at an executive level and manage communication risks with professionalism.
  • A strong grasp of digital and social media trends, and the ability to harness analytics to guide effective decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in a senior strategic communications role.
  • Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and navigating sensitive, high-profile issues.
