Strategic Communications Leader

The Executive Director Mission, Communications will lead the organisation's understanding of its Christian mission and Catholic ethos. They will provide direction to teams on their responsibility to uphold these values.
This role ensures that our actions consistently reflect our faith-based identity.
The Executive Director coordinates communication, industry, and community relations, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement programs and strategic plans.
Key Requirements- A deep understanding of Catholic theology with a highly developed capacity to promote the Mission and Values within the framework of the Catholic Church.
- Leading the design, development, implementation, review, and evaluation of strategic, tactical, and operational communications and stakeholder engagement plans, programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Influencing positive organisational culture change to drive engagement, vision, and purpose.
- Translating complex information into engaging narrative.
- Mentoring Executives in professional communications and multimedia management strategies.
Tertiary qualifications in Catholic Theology, Ministry, and Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines.
Post Graduate tertiary qualifications in Catholic Theology, Ministry, or related studies such as ethics.
