Farmland Investment Specialist

We are seeking a Farmland Investment Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to develop and implement client farmland investment strategies in Australasia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support portfolio managers in developing and implementing client farmland investment strategies.
  • Provide portfolio analytics to improve portfolio performance and meet client objectives.
  • Prepare materials for client portfolio reviews and present results in meetings.
  • Evaluate acquisition and disposition opportunities, and monitor global farmland market trends.
  • Develop analytical processes and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Forestry, Finance or Economics.
  • General knowledge of investment and portfolio management, with experience in agricultural investments preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Desire to obtain/progress towards CFA or CAIA designation.
