Location: North Perth Clinic

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Role
  • We seek an experienced customer service professional to engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing product information and answering inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists is also a key responsibility.
  • Our ideal candidate will guide customers through hearing devices and accessories, ensuring they receive the best support.
  • They will resolve concerns efficiently, maintaining positive interactions.
  • Supporting local marketing efforts is also essential.
  • Maintenance of minor hearing aid repairs (training provided) is part of this role.
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or allied health.
  • Strong computer skills and software navigation capabilities (CRM, appointment management) are required.
  • Attention to detail, administrative skills, and a collaborative attitude are highly valued.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with independence when needed is desirable.

Candidates must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid work rights in these countries.
