The Customer and Operations Support role is a key position within our back-office team, designed to provide exceptional support to our clients and contribute to their ongoing success. As a dynamic and detail-oriented individual, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers, assisting with logistical coordination, and supporting the day-to-day activities that keep our business running smoothly.

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing sales orders, creating and maintaining customer master data in SAP, and registering new customers in the database. You will also be responsible for manual data entry in SAP for credit notes, debit notes, and returns, as well as generating sales invoices and sending reminders for outstanding payments.

Additionally, you will be responsible for booking transport for delivery orders, communicating with 3PL warehouses, managing and confirming delivery orders, and sending sales invoices to customers. You will also be responsible for following up on transport and delivery confirmations, arranging physical returns, and reminding logistics for missing PODs and CNs.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and intensive knowledge of SAP.
