Sales Leader Opportunity

This role is for a sales leader with experience in people management and direct sales. The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to problem-solving, leading and managing internal resources, SMEs, external vendor partners, and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading from the front and driving sales growth
  • Managing and developing a national sales team within a designated vertical market - BFSI
  • Fostering strong relationships with existing MSA's and Professional Services panel partners within the sector
  • Securing new MSA's and consulting agreements with a focus on contingent workforce solutions and outcomes-based consulting
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue and GM sales targets
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Sales leadership experience within Professional Services/Digital Transformation or Business Advisory domains
  • Systems thinking led approach to problem-solving
  • Strong business networks across ASX listed Banking, Financial Services, Superannuation & Insurance markets
  • Proven ability to originate new business and sell outcomes-based consulting agreements
