Appliance Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced appliance service technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a wide range of appliances, including air-conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work independently, diagnosing and repairing appliances in customers' homes or in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain appliances to a high standard
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Electrical license or restricted electrical workers license (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred
  • Industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
