At Bradnam's Windows and Doors, we're seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Ashmore. As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install manufactured products in a safe and timely manner
  • Provide great customer service at install and actively work to maintain great customer service delivery
  • Conduct site assessments and rectify any issues with products where necessary
  • Communicate with customers regarding the service and install of their products
  • Glazing of glass products
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work within a broader team environment
  • Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category
  • A Construction White Card
  • Previous demonstrated experience using hand and power tools
  • A commitment to safe work practices
  • Trade qualifications desirable
