About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our dynamic team at Moxy Crew. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and departure processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with check-in and departure procedures, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Handle general enquiries and engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Support the front office team with operational tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Take guest reservations and process credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to provide expert recommendations and exceed guest expectations
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience with property management systems, preferably OPERA
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • NSW RSA
  • Enthusiasm for career growth and development
