We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Initiative Manager to join our ANZ Brand & Advertising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on developing multi-channel end-to-end marketing campaigns, managing campaign strategy and media/channel planning, and ensuring all activity is linked to commercial growth targets.
You will also be responsible for managing creative development and campaign asset production, campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization, as well as sales and service enablement, including internal communications and staff engagement.
Additionally, you will support marketing Go-To-Market planning and coordination, act as a marketing services expert and project lead across all GTM functions, and develop always-on content driven by analytics and data.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of marketing strategy, Go-To-Market planning, creative development, media development, channel marketing, agency management, opportunity scoping, strategic prioritization, and proposition development.
We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset, who is able to make organizational decisions, specify goals, areas of focus, and key initiatives, and develop effective communications briefs, creative evaluation, and feedback.
