We are seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring isolations are correctly applied across work areas, verifying permits align with work requirements and compliance standards, and designing, preparing and implementing permitting and isolation plans for daily operations and shutdowns.

  • Audit electrical and mechanical isolations to maintain full compliance.">
  • Support operational churns and facilitate isolation reviews.">
  • Guide and support the permit team, sharing knowledge and building capability.">
  • Liaise with shutdown, maintenance and operations teams to coordinate permit needs.">
">Qualifications and Experience">
  • ">
  • Trade qualification in Electrical preferred.">
  • Hands-on experience with isolations and/or permitting in mining or heavy industry.">
  • Strong attention to detail with solid computer literacy.">
  • Previous exposure to fixed plant operations advantageous.">
  • Knowledge of electronic permitting systems desirable.">
  • Familiarity with SAP systems desirable.">
