Senior Worksite Integrity Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Permitting and Isolation Officer to contribute to our operations at Pilgangoora.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain safe work instructions (SWIs) for all processing plant areas, focusing on isolations and shutdowns.
- Create and issue permit-to-work certificates and high-risk certificates.
- Update and maintain piping and instrumentation diagrams using software.
- Maintain records and legal documents related to high-risk work, ensuring compliance with Australian standards.
- Manage physical and online isolation assets, including labels and registers.
- Foster a safety-first culture and adhere to Life Saving Rules.
- Contribute to achieving a zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) workplace.
- Manage activities to minimize fatigue and risks, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Report incidents and participate in investigations.
- Implement environmental risk controls and report issues.
- Identify opportunities to control costs and improve processing systems.
- Suggest improvements to manuals, procedures, and plant operations.
- Review work packages and training materials for relevance and compliance.
- Support flexible rosters and shutdown requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to adapt to changing situations. They will be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution of projects.
