Project Manager - Operations Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery within scope and timeframe
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
