Project Excellence Manager

The role of Project Excellence Manager is pivotal in guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality projects. This involves assisting in developing and implementing safe and effective methodologies, risk assessments, commissioning plans, schedules, and reports to minimize project disruption.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated quality/completions/commissioning experience, with 3-5+ years' postgraduate experience preferably gained in a principal contractor setting.

  • Contribute to developing and managing hold witness points, training punchlists, and tracking the closeout of issues and defects.
  • E nsure timely and on-budget delivery of activities, recording completed work, costs, materials used, and maintaining progress documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and planning authorities to ensure satisfactory project completion and documentation requirements are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated quality/completions/commissioning experience.
  • Leadership skills in risk management, compliance, and auditing.
  • Tertiary engineering background advantageous.
  • Water industry experience advantageous.
