Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves the mechanical aspects of repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment within a specified region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cylinder sharpening and cutting unit setup and optimization.
  • Maintaining and adhering to OEM guidelines to build new equipment fit for customer use effectively.
  • Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks involved in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Developing professional working relationships with customers.
  • Maintaining relevant service-related information and documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent self-organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric, and mobile plant equipment, with a strong base of diagnostic skills.
  • Proven experience or understanding of turf or turf machinery maintenance will be highly regarded.
