Role Overview

This role will support our innovative Urbex division, undertaking wholly owned projects and joint ventures in developments of varying size and scale. With projects under development throughout Australia, we aspire to create new communities across the country.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial and commercial support for the Urbex business, with a strong focus on business partnering and stakeholder management.
  • Review existing and create new development feasibility studies, aligned with strategy established by the Property Development Team.
  • Assist Senior Development Managers in assessing development opportunities and driving value creation.
  • Provide financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for project financial management.
  • Maintain an accurate cashflow forecast and report to key stakeholders monthly.
  • Support funding applications, progress drawdowns, and due diligence processes.
  • Satisfy regular financial and risk reporting requirements for effective performance.

Requirements

  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional business partnering skills and experience in property development.
  • High-level financial modelling skills and experience in cashflow management.
  • Experience in preparation of submissions for property financing.
  • Possesses strong commercial judgements and Bachelor's degree in business (Finance/Accounting) / Commerce / Property Economics.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
