Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our customer engagement efforts within our Steel Centre operations. This role is pivotal in collaborating with both Sales and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. It presents a valuable opportunity for those aiming to transition into a new career or expand their existing expertise in customer service and sales.

Working Hours

This position operates on a standard schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Facilitating cash transactions, quotations, and order processing.
  • Generating reports to track performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales administration.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in estimating and drafting within a related industry is advantageous.
