Working Hours
This role operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Facilitating cash transactions, quotes, and order processing.
- Generating reports to track performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Performing general administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a strong customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail. You should be a proactive and resilient individual capable of delivering effective customer solutions and outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems is advantageous.
- Experience in estimating and drafting within a related industry is also beneficial.
