Working Hours

This role operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Facilitating cash transactions, quotes, and order processing.
  • Generating reports to track performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a strong customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail. You should be a proactive and resilient individual capable of delivering effective customer solutions and outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales administration is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in estimating and drafting within a related industry is also beneficial.
