As a Senior Manager of Specialist Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Program.

This program caters to children and young people with complex disabilities, delivering high-quality services through collaboration with reputable partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead high-performing teams across 6 Specialist services

- Collaborate closely with Nominated Supervisors and Educators to ensure quality and compliance across services

- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and training to staff, Nominated Supervisors, and Educators

- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across services

- Manage rostering and operations for the services under your supervision

**Requirements:**

- Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education

- 2+ years experience in Leadership roles

- Qualification in Early Years and/or OSHC

- First aid, CPR, WWCC, Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk

- Police Check

- Double Vaccination against COVID-19 or an approved Medical Exemption
