AR Credit Controller Position

This role is pivotal in our finance division, overseeing the administration and collection of trade debt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Addressing client inquiries/issues on accounts;
  • Ensuring timely collections while adhering to established guidelines and procedures;
  • Collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders to perform duties effectively;
  • Professionally managing relationships with debtors;
  • Managing daily activities and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Reporting to senior management;
  • Opening and verifying new accounts according to company policy;
  • Reconciling and ensuring accurate allocations against customer accounts;
  • Maintaining zero bad and doubtful debts;
  • Acting upon and managing legal claims against customers as agreed with management;
  • Developing and implementing technological and process changes to drive improved performance;
  • Running performance reports as required;
  • Implementing new policies and procedures as necessary;
  • Contributing positively to the finance team's objectives;
  • Driving improvements in information accuracy.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced credit controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume AR credit control environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. We offer a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work in a friendly and professional environment.
