Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive AR Collection Specialist, to manage the accounts receivable process for our Out of Home sales channels. You will be responsible for negotiating with customers, collecting overdue invoices, and managing a high volume of invoices meticulously.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage debt for our Out of Home sales channels on a national level, following up on and receiving payments to overdue invoices.
  • Liaise with customers via email and/or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate details to customers and comply with any requests for additional information to receive payments, reconcile accounts, and provide solutions to any problems that arise.
  • Manage disputes with customers and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • You are a proactive Accounts Receivable professional with at least 2+ years of experience dealing with large volume collections.
  • You hold at least 2 years of recent experience using SAP.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in negotiations.
  • You have proven internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
