Job Title:

Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end bid/tender preparation process
  • Review project scopes, drawings, programs, and costs
  • Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with governance, company policies, safety, and statutory requirements
  • Provide clear communication and seamless handover of bids
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in bid processes, governance, and reporting
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification plus Certificate IV in Building & Construction/Project Management
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in bid management within the building/construction industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Experience preparing large, complex tenders to a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Solid understanding of contract management, risk management, and cost control
  • Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
