Financial Crime Risk Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage financial crime risks within our organization and ensure compliance with relevant obligations.

  • Support the business in completing financial crime risk assessments and manage change initiatives to ensure delivered risk is within group appetite.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial crime matters to the business and stakeholders, across all three pillars: Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CTF), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC).
  • Lead and execute various initiatives to identify, mitigate, and/or effectively manage financial risk across products and channels.

This position requires:

  • A genuine interest and passion for financial crime, with previous experience in this area highly advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of Operational Risk and Financial Crime control environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning capabilities.
  • Proven experience managing change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
