Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage financial crime risks and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team that values collaboration, career growth, and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial crime risks within Business Banking (BB) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with Line 1 risk teams and Financial Crime Compliance (L2) team to collectively manage FC risk across BB.

  • Support the business in completing Financial Crime Risk Assessments;

  • Proactively manage change within the business to ensure delivered risk is within group appetite;

  • Support the implementation of new processes, controls, and uplifts related to financial crime;

Key responsibilities include providing advice and guidance on FC matters, supporting the completion of Financial Crime Risk Assessments, and leading initiatives to identify, mitigate, and manage financial risk.

We are looking for a professional with a genuine interest in financial crime and previous experience in the area of financial crime and fraud. You should have a strong understanding of Operational Risk and FC control environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and planning capabilities, proven experience managing change initiatives, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
