Job Summary:This role focuses on managing and controlling financial crime risks within a business environment, collaborating with risk teams and compliance specialists to ensure obligations are met.
The successful candidate will support the business in completing financial crime risk assessments, proactively manage change within the organization, and implement new processes and controls as they relate to financial crime.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the business to complete financial crime risk assessments and manage stakeholders.
- Lead and execute a range of financial crime initiatives, providing advice and support to business units, working with risk teams and compliance specialists.
- Provide guidance and advice on financial crime matters (AML/CTF, Sanctions, ABC) to the business and operations teams.
- Genuine interest and passion for financial crime, with previous experience in the area a key advantage.
- Strong understanding of operational risk and financial crime control environments.
- Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, with proven experience managing change initiatives.
