Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Screening initiatives.

This critical role involves end-to-end management of customer screening and business partner of politically exposed persons, adverse media, and sanctions alerts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and addressing financial crime-related risks. They will also support the development and design of new name screening rules based on risk indicators from typologies provided by the Intelligence function.

In addition, they will test new rules with the assistance of Analytics to determine their applicability and effectiveness through proven methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer screening and business partner relationships.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to identify and address financial crime-related risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective name screening rules.
  • Collaborating with Analytics to test and refine new rules.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a KYC/financial crime environment.
  • A strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
