Job Title: Subsea Controls Expert

About the Role:

We seek a skilled and experienced professional to lead our subsea controls engineering activities in Perth, Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing project scopes aligned with customer requirements and priorities.
  • Defining cost, time, and resource requirements for engineering planning and forecasting.
  • Driving team activities to ensure on-time delivery and increasing regional ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborating during design reviews, assessing manpower needs, and providing technical support.
  • Ensuring deliverables meet customer specifications, regional technical regulations, and standards.
  • Reviewing and approving product clarifications, procedures, and technical reports.
  • Providing leadership and technical support during business hours and on-call support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of experience in subsea industry or related services.
  • Expertise in SCADA systems, PLC operations, instrumentation design and operation.
  • Experience with subsea control systems, including software development and communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of operational requirements for DCS, MCS, PCDMs, SCMs, SEMs, HPUs, XTs, and umbilicals.
