Senior Audit Manager Role Overview

The Wholesale Credit Risk team provides assurance on the bank's credit risk management practices. As a Senior Audit Manager, you will lead audits to ensure effective and efficient credit risk management.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality audit services providing objective assurance on risk management and commercial insights through reports
  • Work closely with business audit teams to ensure adequate coverage and liaise for audit delivery and business monitoring
  • Support Executive Managers in making informed decisions on the Wholesale Credit Risk portfolio and provide recommendations on improving efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Wholesale Credit Risk management and/or internal audit in a major financial institution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with experience in presenting to senior management
  • Good project management and organizational skills to deliver time-bound priorities
  • Relevant auditing or professional accounting qualifications and experience with data analysis is preferred
