Hotel Operations Manager Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations of a hotel.

  • Assist in running hotel operations, including front and back-of-house duties.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-of-House Duties: Managing guest interactions, handling complaints, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Back-of-House Duties: Supervising kitchen and housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals, setting examples for excellent customer service, and leading by example.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record in hospitality management or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
