Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

We are seeking a Senior Financial Professional to join our team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will work with a diverse client group within a talented and established team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
  • Delivering complex financial services including special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly management reports for clients, cashflow statements and constructing logical and accurate working papers
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members through quality feedback and review, coaching and delegation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar undergraduate degree
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in public practice accounting
  • Experience in professional services desirable
  • Demonstrated exposure to medium and large businesses with multiple entities
  • Motivation and commitment to self-development and career progression
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
