Strategic Financial Business Partner

This is a pivotal role that requires a trusted advisor to work closely with the management team, forging strong partnerships with operational and executive leaders. The Strategic Financial Business Partner will deliver timely financial analysis and strategic insights to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality financial information and business support to General Managers, Divisional Managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Support facilities in meeting their financial targets, obligations, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related discipline and/or eligibility for membership in a recognised professional accounting body supported by extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in providing financial and performance information which contributes positively to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including influencing stakeholders and inspiring managers to make positive use of financial information.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage and coach business staff to achieve organisational goals.
