Job Overview- Lead & Support: Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers to achieve exceptional results.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of Store Managers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build trusted relationships with your teams and lead from the front, creating a positive, supportive, and goal-oriented culture.
- Ensure all stores align with broader business objectives, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations or in a comparable leadership role.
- Strong people leadership skills with a passion for developing others.
- Commercially astute with experience analysing performance and managing budgets.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
- Solutions-focused, adaptable, and confident making data-led decisions.
