
Senior Retail Cluster Leader

We are seeking a skilled and driven leader to manage a group of retail stores. This pivotal role involves influencing store success, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a strong culture across the cluster.
About the RoleAs a Cluster Manager, you will oversee approximately 5–7 stores within your allocated area. You will work closely with each Store Manager, driving accountability, fostering leadership growth, and ensuring consistency in service and standards across the cluster.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and Support: Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers, helping them lead engaged and high-performing teams.
- Performance-Driven: Monitor store performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies that drive results across key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, staff engagement, sales, and profitability.
- People-Focused: Build trusted relationships with your teams and lead from the front, creating a positive, supportive, and goal-oriented culture across your cluster.
- Operational Alignment: Ensure all stores are aligned with broader business objectives, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
- Culture Champion: Promote a culture of ownership, empowerment, and continuous improvement—helping team members grow and succeed.
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations or in a comparable leadership role.
- Strong people leadership skills with a passion for developing others.
- Commercially astute with experience analyzing performance and managing budgets.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
- Solutions-focused, adaptable, and confident making data-led decisions.
- Energetic and committed to creating exceptional in-store experiences.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your cluster.
