Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Effective SuccessFactors Processes: Develop and maintain effective SuccessFactors processes to streamline HR operations and support business user needs.
  • Develop and Manage Reporting Suite: Develop and manage the SuccessFactors reporting suite, drawing data from multiple systems, including Chris 21. Train and support staff to utilise corporate reporting tools effectively.
  • Assess Opportunities for System and Process Improvement: Continuously assess opportunities for system and process improvement within SuccessFactors to optimise performance, workflow efficiency, data capture, and reporting.
  • Provide Exceptional User Support: Provide exceptional user support, resolving customer issues and developing user-friendly processes to address emerging needs. Maintain and monitor a log of all issues.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with New Functionalities: Stay up-to-date with new functionalities and product releases. Manage system upgrades, updates, and service packs in a timely manner with thorough testing to maintain service continuity.
  • Lead Project Teams: Lead project teams to contribute to the strategic objectives of the Workforce Services unit.
  • Conduct Regular Audits and Reconciliations: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of the SuccessFactors system and procedures to ensure exceptional data quality.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their HRIS data, process, and reporting needs. Collaborate effectively with IT colleagues to drive optimal system and process design.
  • Implement Data Integrity Processes: Implement data integrity processes to guarantee accurate data entry and reporting for clients.
  • Manage System Access and User Permissions: Manage system access and user permissions to maintain appropriate security protocols.
  • Establish and Uphold Coding and Naming Standards: Establish and uphold coding and naming standards across all modules to ensure data consistency.
  • Document, Report, and Track System Issues: Document, report, and track system issues with the vendor, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Implement Change Control Procedures: Implement change control procedures to ensure the SuccessFactors system remains aligned with evolving business needs.
