About the Role

This Demo Fleet Administrator role involves ensuring the smooth management and administration of demo fleet vehicles. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate information, managing vehicle logistics, and supporting the sale and turnover of demo vehicles.

Specific duties include prioritizing sold vehicles for timely delivery, coordinating logistics with compounds and dealers, processing vehicle registrations and database updates, liaising with journalists and drivers for bookings and vehicle schedules, overseeing fleet turnover, ensuring vehicle records are up-to-date, preparing and processing bonus and incentive claims, and providing monthly reporting on fleet performance.
