About the Role


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Pre-sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' lending needs by providing domain expertise, performing presales tasks, and working closely with sales teams to ensure successful deal closures.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead all presales activities during the sales process to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings, working through issue management and resolution.
  • Maintain status reports, issue and action logs, project plans, and documentation.
  • Perform all setup parameters to enable production environments.
  • Process change requests.
  • Manage technical activities.
  • Facilitate technical questionnaires, manage challenges, and issues.
  • Build, author, and configure all application requirements, including form integration.
  • Test all authoring modifications, including third-party integration.
  • Facilitate and manage project milestones.
  • Product definition, gather business requirements, and translate them to configuration development and scope.
  • Application acceptance, validate, modify, and test configuration work and business workflow requirements.
  • Train the trainers – facilitate product-specific training and ensure trainers incorporate processes and procedures as designated.
  • Provide implementation-conversion support.
  • Document client turnover support for all database configuration to both the client and internal support.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 10+ years of experience in business consulting, project implementation, and lending applications/products.
  • Experience in implementing lending solutions as a business analyst.
  • Commercial lending experience and BABOK certification are highly valued.
  • The ability to understand business requirements and document them for the technology team's better understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A working knowledge of FIS systems and industries in which FIS competes for business.
  • The ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
  • Human relations, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, bonuses, and professional growth opportunities.


Location


This role is based in the United States, with occasional travel required.
