About the Position:

- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Process invoices for new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Meet and exceed retention rate targets.
- Effectively represent the company and its offerings to the broker community.
- Manage social media platforms to share relevant content and engage potential clients.
