About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Clerk to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including end-of-month summaries and reconciliations.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable, payment allocations, and reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with additional tasks as required by management, including handling debtor inquiries and setting up new accounts.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical support services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, dependable, and accurate, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team Player: A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
