About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Leader to join our team as Branch Manager in Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 37 across our 3 departments - Parts, Sales & Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and direct all aspects of the branch to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead the Branch team and hold Managers accountable for team and financial performance.
  • Motivate employees and set appropriate individual and team performance goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment.

Departmental Objectives, Strategy & Financial Management:

  • Full profit and loss responsibility of the branch.
  • Develop budgets and strategies in alignment with the organisation's financial and operational objectives.
  • Uphold and guide margins in accordance with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Review financial reports.

Market Share and Relationship Development:

  • Achieve market share.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. Work with all departments to know the customer's current and future expectations.

Requirements:

  • Established experience in a senior leadership role, with full profit and loss responsibility in a similar role.
  • A highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive leadership style.
  • Knowledge of John Deere agricultural and/or construction dealership business operations is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work well in a diverse, fast-growing business.
