About the Opportunity:

The General Services Manager provides strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business and its employees on all services, other than those associated with clinical responsibility whilst supporting the overall achievement of both the organisation's strategic business plan, and the functional operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the Residence Manager and the business
  • Manage and lead teams effectively
  • Influence and negotiate to achieve beneficial outcomes
  • Implement contemporary operational management principles
  • Make pragmatic and logical decisions
  • Successfully deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Manage financial processes including ordering, reconciliation, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within Aged Care or the Health Services Sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead teams
  • Proven decision making skills
  • Results driven and focused
  • Knowledge and experience in rostering and coordinating a rostered team
  • NDIS Card
  • Fully approved Covid19 Vaccination Status
